Daughter of Lysimachus and Nicaea, who was the daughter of Antipater. She was the first wife of Ptolemy II Philadelphus and mother of Ptolemy III Euergetes. Arsinoe II, sister of Ptolemy II, convinced him to divorce Arsinoe I and exile her, in order to marry the former.
