Greek Migration
In the period of the War of Greek Independence, the Greeks of Ancona offered hospitality to eminent personalities of the revolted nation such as the metropolitan of Old Patrai, Germanos. Here: the metropolitan of Old Patrai, Germanos blesses the flag of the War of Independence on March 25th, 1821.
