Vodafone, as part of its collaboration with the Science Center and Technology Museum "NOESIS", supports this year as well the projection of the digital film of the Foundation of the Hellenic World "Earth is our home", which takes place at the Planetarium from the 24th of September 2010 and for two months.

The film presents in a simple and essential way the environmental problem of the planet. At the same time, it proposes everyday methods for dealing with it, for example saving power, renewable sources of energy and recycling. The leading characters are a polar bear and a fish, which in their turn are influenced by our behavior towards the environment, resulting in even greater danger to their lives.

The film was created in 2008 by Vodafone in cooperation with the Foundation of the Hellenic World, in order to create an awareness to children and adults alike, and to contribute, to the best of their abilities, to the protection of the environment.

The first screening of the film took place in the framework of the organization "AstroParty" on the 24th of September 2010, at the Planetarium of NOESIS, and especially on that day it was free for all.
