The Foundation of the Hellenic World participates in the 54th International Book Fair, which tool place in Belgrade from the 26th of October to the 1st of November 2009, where Greece was the country guest of honour.

In a specially shaped area, at the kiosk of the National Book Centre, FHW presented its substantial publishing activity. In the area for the demonstration of new technologies FHW's "Virtual Cinema" was installed, where the Virtual Reality productions "A Walk Through Ancient Olympia" and "Interactive Tour at the Anceint Agora" were presented, on a screen 3.2 metres wide and 2.4 metres high. The visitors of the exhibition “traveled" through time and space and discovered the grandeur of Hellenic culture in the environment of three dimensional digital graphics, wearing the special stereoscopic glasses and using the navigation devise. 

The exhibition was visited by the Greek ambassador in Serbia Mr. Demosthenes Stooidis with the embassy staff, Serbian technologists and many Belgrade schools.
