In the Event "Tourism and Culture: Towards eDevelopment", which took place on Friday the 8th of May 2009 as part of the 14th Exhibition "Tourist Panorama", participated as a speaker Mr. Dimitris Efraimoglou, the Managing Director of the Foundation of the Hellenic World.

Mr. Dimitris Efraimoglou presented the Foundation's work and the areas and the activities of Hellenic Cosmos, as well as the way through which FHW approaches, promotes and the disseminates ancient Greek culture, with the use of Virtual Reality and every new technological advancement.

The following, among others, participated in the event: Dimitris Pollalis, President of the Hotel Owners Association of Lakonia, Evangelos Kiriakou, representative of the Municipality of Edessa and Eleni Prochori, representative of the Regional Development Agency of Cyclades.
