The Foundation of the Hellenic World participated in the programme “Science and Technology Week 2007”, from the 29th of June to the 5th July 2007 at the Zappeion Mansion, where it presented its numerous activities.

At FHW’s kiosk the visitors watched at the “Virtual Cinema” the new digital Virtual Reality production “Interactive Tour at the Ancient Agora of Athens“.

FHW’s kiosk, fully equipped with computers, presented to the visitors the latest work of the Foundation, the Genealogy Programme (http://genealogy.ime.gr/), which records the Greek presence in areas outside the present-day borders of Greece.

The exhibition came to an end with a special event at the peristyle of Zappeion, in the presence of the Minister of Development Mr. Dimitris Sioufas and the General Secretary of Research and Technology Mr. Ioannis Tsoukalas.
