In October 27 1998 at the Cultural Centre of the Foundation of the Hellenic World "Hellenic Cosmos", Mr Lazaros Efraimoglou, the Chairman of the Foundation "Thesaurus of the Hellenic Language" Mr Anagnostopoulos and the publisher of "NEMECIS" Liana Kanelli gave a common Press conference concerning the CD-ROM "Historic and Linguistic Monuments of our civilisation". The CD-ROM is a production sponsored by FHW and presents the projects materialized in the Foundation of the Hellenic World, as well as an anthology of Hellenic writings, interviews and texts published in "NEMECIS".

During the Press conference, Mr Efraimoglou referred to his vision: "to diffuse the Hellenic history in the world, a vision he shares with 120 people in the Foundation". Mr Anagnostopoulos, Chairman of the Foundation "Thesaurus of the Hellenic Language" stressed the original idea to give an account of the Hellenic literature. Mrs Kanelli, publisher of the magazine "NEMECIS" mentioned that the CD-ROM is distributed for gratis; among others she said: "Hold to this Achilles shield and give it to your children or grandchildren".

People of the political, religious and art world honoured the venue with their presence.
